That’s why we offer a Weather Credit Guarantee for our monthly snow removal plans. If we experience a month with little or no snowfall, you’ll automatically receive a credit toward future services.

 

 

Credit Eligibility

 

 

Credits are based on the number of service visits completed during your paid month:

 

• 0–1 visits: Receive a 20% credit

• 2 visits: Receive a 15% credit

• 3 visits: Receive a 10% credit

• 4 or more visits: No credit issued (regular service levels reached)

 

 

 

How Credits Work

 

 

• Credits are automatically applied to your account at the end of each month.

• Credits can be used toward any future month or any other 365 Property Co. service (such as lawn care, gutter cleaning, or seasonal cleanups).

• Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.

 

 

 

Exclusions

 

 

Credits do not apply to one-time snow removal jobs or discounted service packages.
