Service Refunds

 

 

  • Refunds are not typically issued once a service has been completed.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work, please contact us within 48 hours of service. We’ll review your concern and, if necessary, return to make it right at no extra cost.

  • In cases where a return visit cannot resolve the issue, a partial refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.

 

 

 

Prepaid & Monthly Plans

 

 

  • Monthly or seasonal service plans (such as snow removal or lawn care) are non-refundable once the service month has begun.

  • If you need to cancel before your first service, you may receive a full refund or credit toward another service.

 

 

 

Weather & Conditions

 

 

  • Because our services depend on Calgary’s weather conditions, refunds will not be issued for periods with limited or no snowfall, rain, or lawn growth. Instead, service credits may apply (see our credit policy).
